Movement
Our founder has always found body movement to be healing. The feeling of surfing in the ocean and diving under waves, the freedom when dancing and some other part of you becomes creative, or even the flow of your breathe when stretching has movement. We believe that mindful movement is an integral part of vitality and well being and we can help you build your own personal movement practice into your daily routine.

Dance and Yoga
Kaelin instructs postures with clarity and holds a grounded space for her students. She weaves in attention to mindful thinking, breathing, and being. Her classes touch the edge of strength and the seat of stillness. Her soothing voice guiding the cadence of each individual’s breath. She began teaching Power Yoga in 2012 receiving her 200 hour teacher training with Bianca Fearon in Los Angeles, CA. Later she moved to the jungle in Costa Rica to continue sharing her passion for yoga and dance, where she really blossomed as an instructor. She learned from many mentors and mastered the skills of Aerial Yoga, Yoga Barre, Pilates, Belly Dance, Restorative Yoga, Chi Nei Tsang and Surfing. The Pura Vida lifestyle encouraged her to embrace her true self and live courageously. She moved to Santa Cruz in 2017 where she sharpened her skills in Human Anatomy, became a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Chi Nei Tsang practitioner. Kaelin hosts Mindful Momentum Retreats in Santa Cruz. The ever-changing tides and waves of her life always bring her back to the ocean. The ocean is the biggest reminder that we are all connected by the same waters. She uses the element of water for healing and wellbeing as a part of the retreat experience as well as the flow in some of her dances.
